Partner with our dedicated team of Outfitters to produce projects, conduct research and gain valuable work experience as you help us inspire others to get outdoors. Our internship and co-op programs are offered primarily at our headquarters in Springfield, Missouri, and at our manufacturing plants across a wide range of departments.
co-op Program details
Design Co-Op students will have access to the main manufacturing facilities for WRMG’s Mako, Nitro, Regency, Sun Tracker, Tahoe, and Tracker Brands. Over the course of 6 months, Co-Op participants will become familiar with many aspects of our organization and the recreational watercraft industry as a whole. Co-Op participants will be directly involved in one or more exciting projects related to watercraft design, engineering, testing and manufacturing.
Requirements:
Available full - time for entire 6 month program from January through July
GPA 3.0 or greater
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
Currently enrolled in junior through graduating year of college
Eligible to work in U.S.

Bass Pro Shops Internship Program offers a 10-week immersive work program giving students a holistic overview of the business focusing on career and competency development while gaining valuable experience with a multifaceted company. Working alongside talented individuals, you will be jumping in to assist with projects, research and work experience that directly impacts our business. As a key player on the team, you will have professional development and networking opportunities with leadership in the organization to build your professional brand.
